The Brazilian power trio Deadman Dance (Ed Geraissate - Violin and Vocals, Rafaela Antonelli - Drums and Henrique Codonho - Bass) uses raw, sometimes aggressive sounds with a highly distorted violin instead of a guitar, the musicians tap into stripping away what is usually expected from a power trio sound, with references influenced by grunge, stoner rock, punk and traditional Brazilian music.
